Dodgeball: A true underdog lawsuit

Comments

Stories like the DODGEBALL lawsuit happen all the time in hollywood and the theft involved is not hard to prove in most cases.
( just ask Guy"You Go Boy "Cohen ).
The thieves in the Dodgeball lawsuit should all go to jail for no less than 7-12 years. ( in any other neighborhood this is called a FELONY ).

For another "IT TAKES A THIEF" tale, grab your popcorn and google the name CLIFTON MALLERY to read story titled: " NYC ARTISTS SUE NBC OVER HIT TV SHOW HEROES ".

Google CLIFTON MALLERY and read the nbc lawsuit filed March 15, 2007, CASE # 07 CV2250 FILED IN JUDGE DENISE COTE'S COURTROOM AND BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE EXHIBITS ON THIS LAWSUIT.

NYC ARTISTS SUE NBC IS GOING TO ROCK THE WORLD WITH TRUTH !!

As an entertainment reporter I feel for all of you when I read these posts. I see and hear about these things everyday.

Similar to the posts above another case making news lately is Pino vs Spike TV over the "creator" rights to Pros vs Joes. I have known Tim for about 8 years. I doubt Spike knew he was a law enforcement officer when they stole the idea from him but now he has a big, powerful firm representing him. Recently he has started a myspace page devoted to his case- www.myspace.com/prosvsjoes

This stuff happens all the time in Hollywood and I commend all of you for standing up against these powerful companies!
